"Thank you for your interest in Axis Group Ventures.
I founded Axis Group Ventures after spending over a decade as a successful credit investor at Silicon Valley Bank (Nasdaq: SIVB) and Hercules Capital (NYSE: HTGC). While at SVB and Hercules, I was able to work with some of the best entrepreneurs, bankers, and investors in the world. Along the way, I closed over $1 billion in debt commitments to approximately 100 businesses and co-invested with over 125 Venture Capital and Private Equity Firms.
However, my work has not always been in finance.
Earlier in my career, I served 6 years on active duty as a U.S. Air Force Officer. My AF experience combined exciting operational, leadership, and technical roles. I supervised flight line maintenance crews on A-10, C-130 and HH-60 aircraft. I also specialized in maintenance and logistics procurement for the Global Positioning System ground control and user equipment segments at the Space and Missile Systems Center.
My unique background and experiences give me differentiated perspectives that I can share with clients.
Most importantly, my journey has taught me the importance of honesty, respect, empathy, and trust.
